Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of LessMenu, a digital hospitality and customer-engagement platform operated by Abr Alkon for Marketing, Jordan (“LessMenu”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using LessMenu, including its QR codes, menus, ordering functions, reservations, loyalty programmes, Google Wallet passes, valet functions or related services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The LessMenu Platform
LessMenu provides technology that enables Participating Businesses to offer digital hospitality and customer services.
Services may include digital menus, table ordering, item modifiers, service requests, reservations, loyalty programmes, digital Wallet passes, valet requests, QR/NFC functionality, guest-management tools and related operational services.
Not every Participating Business uses every LessMenu feature.
2. Participating Businesses
Restaurants, hotels, cafés, spas, salons, beach clubs, retailers, valet operators and other businesses using LessMenu are independent businesses.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, LessMenu is the technology provider and is not the restaurant, hotel, retailer, valet operator or service provider with whom the guest is transacting.
The Participating Business remains responsible for the goods and services it provides.
3. Digital Menus and Orders
Menu descriptions, ingredients, prices, taxes, service charges, availability, preparation times and other commercial information are supplied or controlled by the Participating Business.
LessMenu provides the technology through which this information is displayed and, where enabled, through which orders may be submitted.
An order submitted through LessMenu is an order with the Participating Business, not a sale by Abr Alkon for Marketing.
The Participating Business is responsible for accepting, preparing, supplying and correcting its orders.
Guests should notify staff directly regarding allergies or serious dietary requirements. Digital menu information should not be relied upon as the sole source of medical or allergen advice.
4. Table and Service Requests
Functions such as Call Waiter, Request Bill or other table/service requests transmit an operational request to the Participating Business.
A digital request does not guarantee a particular response time.
Urgent, safety-related or medical requests should always be communicated directly to staff.
5. Reservations
LessMenu may provide technology for requesting and managing reservations.
Submitting a reservation request does not necessarily guarantee availability until the reservation is accepted or confirmed according to the Participating Business’s rules.
The Participating Business controls availability, operating hours, seating policies, cancellation rules, blackout dates and other reservation conditions.
LessMenu is not responsible for a Participating Business’s refusal, cancellation, delay or inability to honour a reservation except to the extent caused directly by a LessMenu technical failure and subject to applicable law.
6. Loyalty Programmes
Each LessMenu loyalty programme belongs to the individual Participating Business that offers it.
Points earned with one Business Account cannot be transferred to or redeemed with another Business Account.
A business with multiple participating outlets may allow the same account-wide balance to be earned or redeemed at those outlets.
Programme rules, including earning rates, reward thresholds, eligible purchases and participating outlets, are determined by the Participating Business.
Points:
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be transferred between independent Business Accounts;
- are subject to the programme terms shown to the guest;
- may be adjusted where a transaction was entered incorrectly, refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent.
Any change to programme economics should apply prospectively unless a correction, refund, abuse case or legal requirement justifies otherwise.
7. Loyalty Identification and Membership Security
A loyalty membership may be associated with a mobile number and a private digital membership credential.
Guests should keep their personal rewards-card link and Wallet pass secure.
A QR code or digital credential may be treated as proof of possession of the loyalty membership for operational purposes.
LessMenu or the Participating Business may refuse a loyalty transaction where fraud, misuse, duplication, insufficient points, account blocking or other legitimate concerns exist.
8. Google Wallet
Eligible LessMenu loyalty memberships may be added to Google Wallet.
Abr Alkon for Marketing / LessMenu provides the technical Wallet-pass infrastructure. Loyalty points and rewards are issued by the Participating Business.
Availability of Google Wallet depends on Google, the guest’s Google account, device compatibility, connectivity and Google’s own policies.
LessMenu cannot guarantee uninterrupted Wallet availability, notification delivery or immediate pass refresh.
A temporary Wallet synchronisation failure does not alter the authoritative LessMenu loyalty ledger.
Google Wallet is a Google service and is also subject to Google’s own terms.
9. Valet
LessMenu Valet provides QR/NFC and digital workflow technology that may allow a guest to activate or identify a valet session, request a vehicle and receive operational status information.
LessMenu is not a valet parking operator and does not employ or control the valet attendants unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
Physical custody, parking, security, movement and return of the vehicle remain the responsibility of the Participating Business or valet operator providing the physical service.
Displayed request or preparation times are operational estimates and are not guarantees.
Guests should immediately report vehicle damage, missing property, safety concerns or delivery disputes directly to the physical valet operator or Participating Business.
10. Payments and Charges
Prices and charges for goods and services are determined by the Participating Business.
Where payment is handled outside LessMenu, the transaction remains subject to the Participating Business’s payment procedures.
Where a third-party payment provider is integrated, that provider may impose separate terms.
Unless explicitly stated, loyalty points are not money, stored value, deposits or payment accounts.
11. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse LessMenu, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, manipulate loyalty balances, impersonate another guest or staff member, automate abusive requests, exploit security vulnerabilities, or use LessMenu for unlawful purposes.
LessMenu may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, Participating Businesses or the platform.
12. Business Accounts and Staff
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, menu data, pricing, loyalty programme settings, outlets, staff assignments and operational configuration.
Staff credentials must not be shared.
Actions performed through authorised staff accounts may be recorded for security, operational and audit purposes.
13. Availability and Changes
LessMenu aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, device problems and circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect operation.
We may improve, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to contractual commitments and applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
The LessMenu platform, software, interface, branding, code and original content are owned by or licensed to Abr Alkon for Marketing.
Participating Businesses retain responsibility for and rights in their own names, logos, menus, photographs and business content.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit LessMenu technology except where permitted by law or written agreement.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abr Alkon for Marketing is responsible for the LessMenu technology itself and not for independent goods, food, accommodation, valet services, reservations or other physical services supplied by Participating Businesses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the LessMenu Privacy Policy:
https://lessmenu.com/privacy-policy/
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Jordan unless another procedure is required by mandatory law or an applicable written commercial agreement.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to LessMenu services, commercial arrangements, technology or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
